We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working days. If your order is urgent, please email us at hello@bleudesignstore.com.au or leave us a note on your order. 

We also offer in store pick-up. Please select this option at checkout. 

Currently all our fragile (ceramic) and oversized items have an extra charge and will be charged at a flat rate of $25 (if your cart contains any of these items then this amount will automatically be applied and unfortunately the complimentary delivery over $150 will be overridden.)

If you want to discuss alternative delivery methods please call or email the store. 

Unfortunately we do not ship some larger items.

Bleu design store offers shipping within Australia and internationally via Australia Post with the below fees: 

Domestic Shipping within Australia: 

Free for orders over $150

$10 for orders under $150 

International Shipping

We are shipping internationally for a $30 Flat Rate.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they leave our premises. Ownership and risk of damage to the goods is passed onto the customer upon delivery at the specified delivery address. 

Shipments will be sent via regular post. Your local postal service will leave the item in a safe place if possible. If a signature is required, please specify in the notes on your order. 

Customs Charges on International Orders: bleu design store has no control over any custom or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you may be liable. 

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from bleu design store, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These are payable by you as the importer. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.

Customs policies vary by country; contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond advertised delivery estimates.
